Refund and Returns Policy

At BotaniSupps, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help!

1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns

• You may return most unused, unopened, and original condition products within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging with all labels intact.
• Due to hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., personal care products, supplements) cannot be returned once opened.

How to Initiate a Return

• Contact our Customer Support team at support@botanisupps.com with your order number and reason for return.
• We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send your items back.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

2. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

3. Exchanges

• If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
• We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
• We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons:

• Opened personal care and beauty products
• Opened supplements and nutritional products
• Pet care products once opened
