1. Returns
Eligibility for Returns
- You may return most unused, unopened, and original condition products within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging with all labels intact.
- Due to hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., personal care products, supplements) cannot be returned once opened.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our Customer Support team at support@botanisupps.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send your items back.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
2. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
3. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
- We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons:
- Opened personal care and beauty products
- Opened supplements and nutritional products
- Pet care products once opened
